I’m a certified Level I Lagree Instructor and lifelong athlete, with experience as a former collegiate basketball player and a nationally ranked junior tennis competitor. I help clients build strength, endurance, and flexibility through high-intensity, low-impact Lagree workouts that combine Pilates, cardio, and strength training for a full-body, results-driven experience. I love guiding people of all levels to move better, feel stronger, and challenge themselves, while keeping workouts fun, empowering, and grounded in a science-backed approach.
